RETURNS
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, please contact us and we’ll do our best to find an amicable solution.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
Certain products are not eligible for return, including personalized or engraved items.
Other items not eligible for return:

- Consumable products
- Customized products

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the received products
You can cancel your order up to 18 hours after placing it. After this period, the order may already be in processing and may not be able to cancel.
Lifetime Warranty
This lifetime warranty is only valid for customers who selected this option at checkout.
Warranty Conditions:
This item must be in its original box with all included accessories. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper maintenance/cleaning, normal wear, or accidental damage.
Important: Please ensure these conditions are met to benefit from this warranty.
Damage & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to request a return. Once approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/payment provider.
