Shipping policy

Orders in stock are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the order confirmation email. For handcrafted katanas, shipping and preparation times can take up to 7 to 25 days. You will receive another notification when your order is shipped.

During peak times of the year, such as Christmas and sales times, delivery may extend to 45 days.

Starting from 10/1/2024, the premium Japanese bonded boxes will be available as an option during the delivery stage.

Estimated delivery time:

  • 5–15 days for our bonded katanas (this may vary depending on the difficulty of the craft).
  • 5–20 days for custom-made katanas.

How to Check the Status of My Order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email from us containing a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order on this page TRACK MY ORDER.

Please wait at least 48 hours for tracking information to be available.

If you have not received your order within 40 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@katana-us.com.

Call or SMS request via email with your name, invoice, mailing address, and order number, and we will investigate the situation for you.


Customs Information and Customs Fees

We cannot reduce the declared value on customs forms, as it would be illegal.
